Progressing the concepts

I started to flesh out key user journey screens to test an early example use case - booking an oil change to preserve the resale value of your car. We wanted to assess appetite for spending on maintenance, with the promise of increased car resale value in the future.

I mapped and designed initial user journeys, for both a widget for external sites, and the SuperDriver site itself.

I also fleshed out the application journey, designing the initial steps for new users signing up, and communicating some of the benefits of the service through the UI to get feedback.

A key feature of the service that we developed was the ability to easily sell your car through the SuperDriver platform. I designed screens for this jourey, to be tested with users in Russia - A potential launch market for the service.
